Nerd Alert!

My setup

consists of a large collection of keyboards and peripherals I’ve collected in years.

Because of that, I’m in the luxury position to adapt my gear to what’s needed for the particular occasion.

So sometimes I’m playing with my “allround” set which consist of a Yamaha S90ES and Korg M3. Depending on the job I replace the Yamaha with my trusty old Fender Rhodes MKII. Or sometimes I’ll choose a more particular set like a minimoog with laptop, or clavinet and juno 60 with a bunch of FX pedals and processors.

I really like to combine different sounds and old and new stuff. The computer gets a firm place in my gigging rig. As a backingtrack player (I’m a huge fan of Ableton Live) or as host for software instruments, which are getting better and better.

But then again, when I’m playing at home on my Yamaha C6 grand, I think that’s the only keyboard instrument that matters :-)
